i still remember when my junior hit me about six years ago. it was an accident actually. at that time i was cycling from home to go to school early in the morning and he was with his motorcycle. at that time i really mad at him. but when he said "maaf kak. saya tak sengaja" the feeling changed drastically. i was not mad at all. it was so relief!!!
